Opportunities From: United Way of the Central Savannah River Area

Help us wrap up a great night! Burger Battle is one of Augusta’s favorite community events, bringing together chefs from some of the area’s best restaurants to compete for the title of Burger Battle Champion while guests enjoy great food, live music, and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

Clean-up volunteers play an important role in helping our team break down the event space once the event concludes. Responsibilities may include clearing tables, packing up event materials, breaking down tables and chairs, collecting trash and recycling, and helping return the space to its original setup.

Our Club kids need caring adults to help them develop their character and leadership skills, to help them learn how to live healthy lifestyles, to help them find the path to a fulfilling career, and to learn the professional skills they need to succeed in life. All it takes is someone who’s willing to lead them in the right direction- you can be their stepping stone to greatness! 
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta! Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and commit to one consistent day and time each week for a period of 8–12 weeks. During this time, volunteers are assigned to one Club location.

Please note that Clubs operate Monday through Friday, and volunteer opportunities are only available when Clubs are open

Set-up volunteers will assist our team with preparing the event space before guests arrive. Tasks may include setting up tables and chairs, arranging signage, assisting vendors with unloading, placing décor, and helping ensure everything is ready for a great evening.
